PDiF Terms of Use

Article 1 (Copyright) The copyright of the software "PDiF" (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") belongs to Nishio General Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). All documents, images, program code, and other contents included in the Software are protected by international copyright laws.

Article 2 (License Agreement) Users are not permitted to duplicate (copy) the software or its installer.The license for this software is tied to the specific PC on which it is installed, not to the individual user.Licenses are managed by order number. If the order number is registered on multiple PCs, you may be asked to cancel the registration and enter the order number again.The Software is available for both personal and commercial use. However, the resale of the Software is prohibited.Renting, transferring, or sublicensing the Software, in whole or in part, to a third party is also prohibited. By using the Software, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use.

Article 3 (Disclaimer) The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (including loss of data, interruption of business, economic loss, etc.) arising from the use of the Software. The user shall use the Software at their own risk. Please note that the Company does not provide support services related to the Software. We regret that we will not be able to respond to any inquiries regarding the Software.

Article 4 (Usage Restrictions) Users are prohibited from modifying or reverse-compiling the Software.

Article 5 (Termination Clause) In the event of a violation of these Terms of Use by the user, the Company may terminate the license without prior notice. Upon termination of the license, the user must immediately cease using the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in their possession.

Article 6 (Amendment of Terms) The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use without prior notice to the user. The amended Terms of Use will become effective when published on the Software or the Company’s website.

Introduction This Privacy Policy explains the privacy practices of Nishio General Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") concerning the software PDiF (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") provided by the Company to the users.

Collection of Personal Information The Company does not collect any personal information from users through the Software. This includes all information that can be used to identify an individual, such as names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers. Additionally, the Software does not collect information regarding the user's device or data related to its usage.

Third-Party Services The Company uses external libraries provided under the MIT License to enhance the functionality of the Software. These libraries are incorporated as part of the Software and are not used for the purpose of collecting user information. Furthermore, the Software does not connect to the internet through these libraries.

Changes to the Privacy Policy The Company may review and improve the content of this Privacy Policy as necessary. However, the Software will never start collecting personal information in the future, and therefore no changes will occur in this regard. If there are any changes to the Privacy Policy, the Company will inform users by posting the changes on the official website of the Software.
